"Gluten free bread often leaves much to be desired. It can be thick, dry, or stodgy, and sometimes only available in certain loaves. To find a croissant or baguette is nearly impossible. However, Don Luis works some kind of magic and has baked delicious baguettes, croissants, and a plethora of other delicious pastries, all that I can finally eat!"

"I've been to Don Luis Gluten Free on 2 separate trips to Costa Rica and both times I found myself forgetting that everything is gluten free. I don't have gluten sensitivities, but It is all so good that you don't even realize it is baked any differently than without flower! The chocolate cake is absolute heaven!"
